The Worldwide Attack on Israel

When Jesus returns to earth in His 2^nd Coming, what will be His first order of business? Many passages in both the Old and New Testaments tell us that just prior to Christ’s return, all the nations of the world will be united in an attack against Israel.

Zechariah 12: 3 says, “On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.”

Consider those words. The Bible says that any who try to move Israel out of her God ordained place will injure themselves and that God himself has decreed it shall be so. Have we not seen this in recent history?

The frightening picture painted by Scripture is that at some point in the future all nations will side with the Palestinian Islamic terrorists who wish to annihilate Israel. We are already seeing a move in this direction, even in America. Instead of young people decrying the rape of Jewish women, the burning of alive of Jewish babies in microwave ovens, instead we see brainwashed American youth demonstrating on college campuses against Israel, cursing them for defending themselves while missiles rain down on innocent Jewish civilians.

These deluded people don’t condemn the deadly surprise attack by the Palestinians against Israel. Instead, they accuse Israel of war crimes for defending herself. This is Hitleresque antisemitism that the Nazi party would have loved.

All Israel Comes to Jesus

The Bible informs us that in the final days of the Great Tribulation all of Israel will repent and recognize Jesus as their Messiah. As the Apostle Paul wrote, “and so, all Israel shall be saved.” (Romans 11:26)

Then comes the end where Christ returns from heaven, mounted on a white horse and all the Christians (previously raptured) return with Him. And what do you suppose Jesus’ first order of business is?  He destroys everyone in all the world’s armies that are attacking Israel. And it won’t be a pretty site:

“Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle. On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives… Then the Lord my God will come, and all the holy ones with him…And the Lord will be king over all the earth…And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the peoples that wage war against Jerusalem: their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.” (Zechariah 14:3-5,12)

“On that day the Lord will shield those who live in Jerusalem…on that day I will set out to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem.” (Zechariah 12:8,9)

“You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall. And you shall tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet, on the day when I act, says the Lord of hosts.” (Malachi 4:1-3)

Which Side Are You On?

If you are not on Israel’s side, then you are on the side of the Antichrist, the side Jesus destroys when He returns. Jesus’ first order of business when He comes back will be to kill all those who are attacking Israel. That’s something to think about. Don’t let yourself be deceived by the leftists who have chosen the wrong side. If you are so easily deceived now, how will you resist the Satan-empowered delusion of the Antichrist? The time is close. The signs are clear. The antisemitism sweeping the earth today is one of those signs that is telling us the end is near. Surrender to Christ now and stand with Israel.
