The Stolen Election
Are you as frustrated with President Trump’s defense team as I am? Their ineptitude is so irritating. The Democrats keep saying that Trump said the election was stolen and that this statement was an outrageous lie that incited violence. And the defense just lets that go unchallenged. If I were Trump’s defense counsel, I would make them rue the day they said that. They would quickly realize they had opened Pandora’s Box with their foolish assertion.
I would first point out that freedom of speech allows President Trump to express his genuine opinions, but beyond that, I would stand up and say this to the Senate:
“Since the Democrats have postulated that the President’s statement was not accurate, we shall now have witnesses to prove otherwise. The defense shall establish that not only did the Democratic Party steal this election, but there was abundant evidence that gave President Trump reasonable cause to believe so. Indeed, polls show that 68 percent of Republicans and 30 percent of Democrats believe the election was stolen. Are the Democrats going to accuse all those private citizens of insurrection as well? Are they going to impeach them also? Let the people decide who is culpable – the man who says an election was stolen, or the people who actually stole it.”
I would then have Rudy Giuliani and his team give one of their masterful presentations of how the Democratic Party committed election fraud. I would call the thousands of poll workers who signed affidavits and testified under oath of the rampant violations of election law that took place in front of their eyes. I would present the Secretary of State of Texas’ report, which states that Dominion machines are “susceptible to fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation.”
I would present a flow chart showing the foreign ownership and influence of Red China and George Soros upon Dominion Voting Systems, and I would submit documents that show that Dictators Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro used Dominion voting machines to steal elections. I would enter into evidence the independently performed forensic analysis of several of the Dominion machines in Georgia, which revealed that votes were switched from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden. I would call Georgia Representative Jody Hice to testify to what the audit report has stated: “That the analysis of the Dominion software code shows in actual algorithmic terms…a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote, and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.” I would point out that this one point alone is sufficient evidence to question the validity of the entire election in the 28 states that used Dominion software.
I would show the Dominion logs, which show Internet connections from China to the Dominion voting machines. I would call Allied Security Operations Group to testify concerning their independent audit and present their 23-page report, which states, “The team concluded that Dominion’s system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors…we conclude that the Dominion voting system is… designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud.” I would call experts on the U.S. Constitution and have them testify that governors and secretaries of state in swing states taking it upon themselves to change voting laws at the last minute was an unconstitutional act, as the Constitution gives that authority only to the state legislature, not to individual Democrat politicians. I would have testimony showing all the precincts that had more votes come in than people who were on the voting rolls. I would show that more absentee ballots were processed than were sent out. I would have people testify that they certified votes only because the death threats from Democrats frightened them.
I would go on, day after day, week after week, showing the truth of the stolen election, and as all of America watched on television, I would make the Democrats regret the day they ever conceived the idea of trying to impeach President Trump. I would make them sorry. I would make them wish the proceeding would just end. I would keep going and going with witness after witness, piling evidence on top of evidence, until every single person in America knew the absolute truth – that the election was stolen and Trump is the rightful President of the United States and that Joe Biden is a usurper who is complicit in a stolen election and that he is the one who should be impeached and removed from office.
But alas, our feckless leaders in the Republican Party lack the cojones to do it. When confronted with democrat lies, most of them behave like girly-men, milquetoast sissies, cowering in fear and refusing to fight for the truth. They let the Democratic Party intimidate them and run over the top of them. I, for one, am sick of it. It is time for a Convention of States as called for in Article 5 of the Constitution. Time to set term limits and get rid of these career politicians and get some real down-to-earth Americans in there. Time to elect some men who will act like men. Time to primary these cowards and get some people in Congress who will fight for truth, justice, and the American Way.
