In time, Rose married Kale Aluli, a man about forty years her junior. Their marriage shocked many in the community but secured Kale’s role in the sect. When Rose died, Kale assumed full leadership of The Perfect Church Oregon Illinois, continuing the authoritarian control she had established. To this day he remains at the helm, guiding the group in secrecy and domination.
